My passion is partnering with individuals and families experiencing tension or disconnection in their relationships. I work alongside you to foster resilience and deep, lasting connection. In addition to child and family work, I welcome individual clients seeking a fuller understanding of themselves or navigating life transitions.
I take a relational approach to therapy, meaning that I believe that deep healing happens in connection: between therapist and client, with ourselves, our families and communities, and the natural world. We will engage in work (and play!) that enriches these connections. I believe in the healing power of nature and like to work outdoors when possible.

Single Parent Support Group
Whether you are a longtime single parent, newly separated, widowed, or a solo parent by choice, you are welcome to join this supportive therapy group. Sessions will alternate between virtual and in-person at East Bay Birth Collective. This group offers community building, validation, psychoeducation, and a safe container to scream into the void.
