About
Feeling alone, confused or overwhelmed? Anxious or depressed? Struggling with an emotionally unhealthy relationship or having trouble establishing a fulfilling, intimate one? Not realizing your personal or professional goals or reaching your potential? Psychotherapy with a highly trained, experienced professional can provide a safe space to deal with these and many other issues and facilitate change. I view psychotherapy as a journey that you and I take together to help you explore and reflect on problems that are troubling you. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and certified psychoanalyst with over 15 years of training and experience.
We will work collaboratively to understand and change behavior patterns that may prevent you from having a more fulfilling life. Often, emotional injuries from the past impact the present and how we interact with others. Talking about these past injuries or traumas with a concerned professional is an important part of the healing process.
Acknowledging one's problems and that one can't solve them alone takes courage, and is the first step toward making changes in your life. I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis for adults. My office is located in Soho convenient to many subway lines. I look forward to hearing from you.
