About
Do you feel like you are always working but never get anything done? Are you secretly afraid that you are just lazy? Do people often complain that they feel like you are not listening to them? Have you tried all kinds of strategies to help your ADHD symptoms but nothing works, or at least not for long? If so, I may be able to help. I have been working, for over 15 years, with warmth and compassion, to help late adolescents and adults find concrete, useful strategies that feel authentic to their life so that they can reach their goals.
I specialize in both ADHD therapy as well as psychological assessment for a variety of issues including ADHD, learning disabilities, career coaching, diagnostic concerns and treatment issues. I take a hands-on approach to help find concrete and workable solutions in a warm and approachable environment.
Many therapists who work with ADHD and who do psychological assessment either focus only on solutions or only the emotional ramifications of the disorder. I have both the ability and the experience to effectively work with both in a way that respects their equal impact and importance.
