In my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in providing therapeutic services to children ages 3-12, teen girls, and young adult women ages 18-30. I enjoy guiding clients in an opportunity to heal from pain, experience improved well-being and relationships, discover an inner peace and calm, optimize growth and development at school, work and home, or just feel more like themselves. I have experience and training in utilizing therapeutic tools uniquely within each age range to age-appropriately access growth and change.
I integrate therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help clients using the approach that resonates and works most for them. With children, parents play a critical role in the process; we will communicate regularly and together we'll discuss ways to support your child during and between therapy sessions.
