I am a trauma-informed therapist with more than fifteen years of experience supporting individuals and groups in healing from traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, stress related to chronic health conditions and other challenging life experiences. Specializing in women’s trauma and life experiences, I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach that honors each client’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
With a strong focus on the mind-body connection, I help clients understand how trauma, stress, and emotional experiences are often stored within the body and nervous system.
Drawing from EMDR, mindfulness, and body-based therapeutic practices, I support clients in developing greater awareness of physical sensations, emotional responses, and patterns of dysregulation that may impact daily life and relationships. I work with clients to uncover and process long-standing behavioral patterns, emotional wounds, and negative beliefs.
Sessions may include grounding techniques, mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation skills, and tools to continue between meetings to support lasting growth and emotional well-being. The goal is not only symptom relief, but also helping clients cultivate deeper self-awareness, resilience, balance, and connection within both mind and body.
