I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I received my MS from Auburn University in 1989. I have completed additional training in the Gottman Method and in Emotional Focused Couples Therapy. My education, training and experience allows me to specialize in working with couples and families. Additional areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, veteran issues, trauma and abuse.
I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a safe environment where they can find ways to develop a meaningful and authentic relationships.
