I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) under supervision. I like to use Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Courses completed include ADHD in youth and adolescents, strategies to support LGBTQ+ youth, and integrative nutrition.
