I have specialized training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I integrate mindfulness, yoga, and compassion-focused therapy into my work. I help adults heal from trauma, navigate perfectionism, and recover from eating disorders by developing a more understanding, trusting relationship with themselves.
