As a licensed Psychotherapist with ten plus years of clinical experience in outpatient settings and private practice, I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults that are outwardly successful yet privately feel stuck in repeating emotional patterns. I specialize in working with adults aged 18 to 75 managing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Many of my patients are navigating midlife transitions, relationship strain or lingering effects of earlier experiences that still shape their reactions today. My approach is steady, reflective and depth oriented, working collaboratively in a safe environment.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT and Psychodynamic therapy. Therapy with me is consistent, thoughtful and tailored to your unique needs-whether the focus is on managing emotional distress, shifting unhelpful patterns or building skills for resilience and personal growth.
My DBT/CBT experience enables me to use techniques where individuals are safely exposed to emotions in the office where they learn coping skills; to improve the quality of their lives. My Psychodynamic experience allows me to work with individuals to explore their past and present experiences to understand how these affect their present lives.

This group is for women aged 40 to 55 seeking connection, support and growth as you navigate relationships and life transitions. Whether you're experiencing changes in family dynamics, career shifts, identity exploration or evolving relationships, this group offers a space to process your experiences in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Our work together combines the strength of community with guided therapeutic support. The group integrates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including skills for emotional regulation, effective communication and boundary setting, alongside open group processing.
