Evening and Saturday, online or in-person appointments are offered. My hope is to provide a sense of connection in a world where we have become disconnected from each other. I possess a genuine and strong passion for walking with others on their journey towards good mental health and meaningful, happy lives. I have two decades of experience assisting others overcome their challenges and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental environment in which to explore areas for growth.
I have special interest in working with depression, anxiety and various trauma. I have found that when addressing these concerns, it is often important to also address underlying and associated areas such as self-esteem, anger and assertiveness. I mostly apply strength-based and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I am trained in EMDR therapy.
