Do you want to better understand yourself and your relationships? Are you feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward? Therapy can provide a place where you can freely express yourself and explore, without judgment, the obstacles that are preventing you from having a more satisfied life. I enjoy helping clients learn to listen to all of their feelings and let go of old patterns that once served them but no longer do. I offer support and challenge through the therapy relationship as people face their personal truths. I have openings for a new adult psychotherapy group but am not accepting new clients for individual therapy.
I have worked as a psychologist for 31 years in Indiana, first at the IUP Counseling Center and and now solely in private practice. I work with adults and adolescents dealing with a range of issues including relationships, gender and sexual identity, abuse and trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
I work with individuals and groups; depending on your need, our work may be short-or long-term.

Mixed Gender Adult Psychotherapy Group II
This group started in April 2021 and meets online on Thursday evenings. Participation in a therapy group can lessen the pain of isolation, increase your social comfort, and deepen your connections with others. Group can provide support and a range of perspectives as well as help you develop a greater understanding of your patterns of interacting, your impact on others, and others’ impact on you.
