You are unique and so are our sessions. I am specialized in trauma, depressive symptoms, anxiety, grief, and issues that negatively impact our lives. My goal is to help you to heal your emotional wounds and guide you in your journey. I use an integrative holistic approach and often incorporate deep breathing meditation and mindfulness in my sessions.
I know that taking the first step and making an appointment with a therapist can be scary But, I also know that a marathon starts with a single step.
