Welcome. As a highly trained therapist, I provide a compassionate and supportive atmosphere to help you find peace, comfort, and happiness in your life. My specialties are anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, depression, communication skills, self-esteem, job concerns, and more. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I teach cognitive behavioral techniques, communication skills to help with relationships, and problem-solving skills. As my clients begin to feel better, they will have learned tools to have for the future whenever they need them. I look forward to working with you.
I believe in starting exactly where you are, and working together at a pace that feels right for you. I'm here to help you make meaningful change in your life, and to be your support when you need it. My approach to healing and treatment varies with each client, and I tailor the sessions specifically to each person's unique needs.
