I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana and I graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a Master of Science in Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MSEd). I have been working with individuals and families for over seven years in our community. I work with children, adults, couples, and families and utilize Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I educate individuals and families about wellness dimensions in our lives including emotional, physical, spiritual, and relationships.
I also provide psychoeducation on a variety of mental health symptoms including anxiety and depression, and help individuals explore and process their thoughts and feelings regarding theistressors.
I help empower and teach assertive communication skills to help individuals “find their voice” in relationships, at work, and in the community to ultimately increase their self-esteem.
