About
Hello. I am not presently taking new clients. I welcome the opportunity to work with you, to partner with you in this journey of exploration and potential change. Therapy can change you and change means moving away from old paths, exploring different ideas about how you want your life to be, transforming your life into what you want it to be, telling your story and creating a new ending. Therapy is a process of reflection on the idea that you thought nothing could change in your life, your world. Our combined presence in each other's life offers chances to think outside the box, use your talents to recreate yourself.
I am a person who cherishes relationships. I value the chance to meet new people, listen to your story, a story that is unique to you. I use a person centered approach. I listen attentively, ask questions, think about what you have told me. I might bring a book to a session I think you would like or a poem I will read to you because I think it can help.
I look forward to your call or email to begin giving yourself the gift of discovering who you are. If you do not have insurance, I offer a sliding scale which we can discuss at our first 30 minute consultation which is free.
