Hello! I work with those seeking confidential and discreet support in working through personal challenges and stressors impacting their everyday lives. Many individuals struggle with depression and anxiety, trauma, problems in relationships, work-related conflicts, or simply put, that feeling that something "just isn't right." Difficult feelings can be hard, however, also a gateway for personal growth. You do not have to go through this alone. My goal is to help you gain awareness and explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and past experiences which prevent you from feeling like your best self, and improve your relationships.
Additionally, I provide clinical supervision for students, therapists. and counselors working towards a license /certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) (AAMFT approved supervisor), and Registered Play Therapist (RPT-S). Supervision may occur individually, triadic, or in a group format.
The office is located in a serene, residential section of Virginia Beach. The office location offers individuals a private and discreet place to work through life challenges confidentially. Currently, I am offering sessions remotely through the HIPPA compliant Psychology Today platform.
