Have you always felt like an outsider? Has substance use or trauma left you feeling like a spectator in your own life? Are you burnt out, frustrated, or tired of dealing with the same old patterns in your relationships? I am passionate about helping people to better understand and trust themselves and feel empowered in their lives. Together we can address challenges from anger, anxiety and depression to family history, relationship and parenting issues. You will find my therapeutic style is warm, active and direct. I will bring authenticity, humor and connection to our work, and am skilled in enhancing motivation and accountability.
My areas of specialty include trauma/PTSD, substance use recovery and behavioral health concerns, and working with neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent young people. I also love helping couples (including mixed-neurotype couples) learn to understand each other better. I offer individual & couples therapy, parent coaching, & recovery coaching.
My practice is neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and sex-positive. My goal is always to work with you from the perspective of your own lived experience. No matter who you are, I already believe in your ability to rise up, meet challenges with strength, and live the life you want. It is an honor to accompany you on that journey.
