My background is in trauma-informed care and sexual abuse treatment. Most of my clientele are trying to manage depressive symptoms, anxiety, personality disorders, and battling various mental health conditions exacerbated by life. Some of the clients I see are also trying to identify who they are as individuals and find their way within this world. I work with many families, surrounding both complex and unique family issues. I am well versed in working with couples struggling with communicating with one another and having complex and unique marital issues.
I tend to take an eclectic approach when it comes to working with either individuals or families. It is highly important that I meet the client exactly where they are.
My focus is to help you heal. I firmly believe that therapy should be tailored to the client's individual needs in a judgment-free space. I am here to assist you in this journey that we call life. I believe there is potential in us all; it just needs to be tapped into.
