My niche is working with ages 2-18, however I have a passion for working and helping all ages! I love being able to support people through their journeys, no matter what their journey looks like and what step they're on. I believe that people are all unique and have different needs, so I like to take an integrative approach in my sessions, with an emphasis on person/child-centered.
I am a Registered Play Therapist and also have additional training in EMDR, CBT, Adlerian, Exposure, DBT, ART, and CPRT. I like to utilize different aspects from each to better meet my client's needs!
