Groups
Sisters of Aya

Sisters of Aya provides emotional and psychoeducational support to women of color who experience fertility challenges and/or pregnancy/infant loss. This unique 5-week group will allow women of color to collectively process, grieve, love, and support each other, while engaging in various activities to help them holistically heal mind, body and spirit. Using various tools such as art, discussion, journaling, mindfulness, movement, and music, women of color will get to know themselves, understand their emotions, enhance coping, and be introduced to other women of color “who get it” without having to explain certain cultural and/or medical nuances.

Educators Support Group

The Educators Support Group is a virtual 6-week Educators Support Group. All Non-Administration staff are welcomed, not just teachers. We provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for Educators to be and focus on themselves and well as process their emotions! Being an Educator is not easy and you all need support too! The group will be lead by CEO/Founder LaMone Downey Leonard, LICSW. She was a high school Social Worker for 14 years in public schools, so she understands the demands first hand of being an educator.
