Rise Therapy Center was founded in 2017 to provide holistic psychotherapeutic and wellness services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Rise therapists are trained to hold space for clients and facilitate supportive modalities to promote acceptance, confidence, healing, and growth. We see clients with a wide expanse of presenting concerns, and we're always ready to help those that seek it!
Our therapists use an eclectic approach by incorporating traditional psychotherapeutic modalities with mindfulness-based practices, somatic (body-based) therapies, and brain-based therapies. We specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, infertility, co-dependency, attachment issues, grief, parenting challenges, and relationship issues.
