Hello! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Bethany and I am the owner of Rise Counseling, LLC. Life can bring so much joy, but it can also bring so many hurts. My journey to becoming a therapist started with unprocessed trauma and feeling "stuck" in a negative cycle of low self-worth and hopelessness. Therapy was the "kickstart" I needed to find hope again and live life to my fullest potential. I am so passionate about helping others find healing and hope for the future!

I enjoy working with families, couples, individuals, and adolescents. I place a lot of emphasis on building self-worth, promoting healthy boundaries and communication, and discovering your true self.

Rise Counseling is a place I have dreamed about for years: a place where clients from all backgrounds and walks of life can have a safe place to open up about their deepest hurts and find the hope that they have been searching for.
