First and foremost, kudos to you for prioritizing your self-care and wellness. My name is Elisabeth Bock and my practice is Rise Counseling Group & Holistic Wellness. Rise was founded to create a safe and comfortable space for those seeking a holistic approach to addressing human experiences like anxiety and depression, relationship problems, life transitions, career/home/school stress, pressures of parenting, trauma, and grief. But Rise was also created with the intention to offer services to those who would like to focus on self-care, personal growth, and finding meaning and purpose. All are welcome here.
As an LMSW, I have over 15 years experience as a therapist working with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and believe in the body/mind connection and our ability to heal. I am particularly interested in life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, healing from trauma, parenting challenges, personality disorders and women's issues.
Our practice offers a variety of wellness services provided by skilled therapists, including evidenced-based counseling, yoga, mindfulness and meditation training, and sound therapy.
