I use a number of approaches to help my clients succeed and get to the next chapter in their lives. I often find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy to be useful approaches. The approach used during treatment is based on the individual. Goals are created with you not for you. We are a team working together.
My experience includes but not limited to working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and transitioning between phases in life. I have extensive training working with blended, foster, and adoptive families during transitional periods. I offer culturally competent services in English and Spanish.
