I provide play therapy for children in Houston and counseling for teens, adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions. Using Adlerian, CBT, culturally sensitive, PCIT, sandplay, SFBT, and trauma-focused care, we build skills and support emotional growth.
