F.I.T. for Kids (Families In Transition)

F.I.T. for Kids (Families In Transition) is a support group to help children, tweens and teens cope with the challenges of their family splitting up. Children will feel less alone just knowing that other kids are experiencing similar feelings and behaviors. They will learn how to manage difficult emotions and rebuild self-esteem, confidence and connections with the family. The F.I.T for Kids groups will provide a safe place for children to express themselves, to heal and move forward. We will be offering 3 separate groups according to age.

It's a safe place to share painful feelings that interfere with recovery by coming together for strength, insight and mutual support. Break through the sense of loneliness and isolation.
