Women's Separated or Divorced Group
This group is for women who are contemplating separation or divorce, are already in the process or divorced less than 3 years. Ease your concerns amongst the support of others who understand. You are not alone. Learn how to cope with feelings of loss, anger, sadness and lonliness; rebuild self esteem; commnicate better with your ex-spouse concerning co-parenting, financial matters, visitation etc.; set new goals for yourself and get legal questions answered by attorney guest speaker from the family law firm of Iandoli and Eden.
F.I.T. for Kids (Families In Transition)
F.I.T. for Kids (Families In Transition) is a support group to help children, tweens and teens cope with the challenges of their family splitting up. Children will feel less alone just knowing that other kids are experiencing similar feelings and behaviors. They will learn how to manage difficult emotions and rebuild self-esteem, confidence and connections with the family. The F.I.T for Kids groups will provide a safe place for children to express themselves, to heal and move forward. We will be offering 3 separate groups according to age.
Infidelity Recovery Group
This group is for women and men, whether still married, separated or divorced seeking support in recovering from their partner's affair. It's a safe place to share painful feelings that interfere with recovery by coming together for strength, insight and mutual support. Break through the sense of loneliness and isolation. Talk with other people at different stages of recovery and get a perspective that isn't possible when dealing with it alone. Gain information, understanding and perspective to help you think more clearly, make more informed personal decisions, and act more effectively so that you can get your life back on track.
