If you're seeking a therapist with a holistic focus, I offer traditional psychotherapy with an integrative approach that includes mind, body, spirit and sexual wellness. From my own life experiences -- as both therapist and client -- I believe these are all integral aspects of overall emotional and psychological health. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and have a warm and supportive style that's based in a strengths perspective. Together we can work to effect positive growth and change in your life.
All are welcome - individuals and couples - with specialties in the creative & performing arts, the LGBTQ community, alternative lifestyles/families, & sexuality counseling. I offer free phone consultations to answer any questions you may have. Broadway office hours on Wednesdays/Fridays, Carroll Gardens on Tuesdays/Thursdays. Please specify which location you're interested in (emails preferred).
I accommodate out-of-network reimbursement & offer a sliding scale fee schedule. I firmly believe the cost of therapy shouldn't outweigh the benefits or add another life stressor, so I work with clients towards keeping sessions affordable.

Women's Holistic Therapy Group -- Carroll Gardens
***This group is not currently scheduled. I will be offering an 8-week women's holistic therapy group once or twice a year. The group will be limited to 6 members.
