Finding "our calm space" within in a very chaotic world is so important. Life will always throw challenges in our way, how we meet those challenges is very important to who we are as individuals. Find your "calm space". Learn to be your own best friend. Find healthy reciprocal relationships that will be with you for life. Understand that though you are hurting now, you are strong and resilient. There is always some discomfort in positive change. Turn off the social media often. Learn how to be mindful...learn how hypnotherapy (hypnosis + therapy) can change how you feel both physically and emotionally. Look forward!
Hello. I am a licensed clinical health psychologist and certified hypnotherapist. I teach my clients about the mind/body connection. I am also a certified hypnotherapist, which means I use tools such as hypnosis in my practice. I also teach mindfulness skills, meditation, and self-hypnosis. I am presently offering meditation groups for various ages.
Give a person a fish and you feed him/her for a day. You teach that person to fish and you give him/her an occupation that will feed him/her for a lifetime (Chinese proverb). Every individual who comes to my office learns skills that can be used for a lifetime.
