Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I am excited to get to know my clients and help them achieve their short and long-term goals. I use hypnosis and mindfulness practices for those who are interested in learning to heal self. I enjoy working with "the overthinker" and "worrier". I have specialized training in working with individuals that live with anxiety disorders and cope with various medical conditions. I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist that has training in DBT.
Working with individuals and/or couples with various relationship issues has always been enjoyable to me. I like facilitating hypnosis and mindfulness groups. My hypnosis groups focus on health and wellness. May you be happy...may you be peaceful...may your life be filled with people and animals who love you.
This is a very unique time in our history and we need to be kind and respectful to all living creatures. Be safe and well. I look forward to getting to know you and becoming a part of your life's journey. When you are ready, give me a call.
