Welcome. Live! Love! Dream! Enjoy life! My name is Risa Levenson, Ph.D, CH. and I am a Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist, Hypnotist, and energy worker. I have been a Psychologist for over 25 years and enjoy using cognitive-behavioral techniques, hypnosis and energy healing to assist my clients in achieving their goals/dreams. I truly enjoy assisting my clients acomplish their goals and achieve what they want out of life. I believe positive words create positive outcomes. We all need to be nicer to self and treat self as you would a best friends.
I am a Clinical Health Psychologist, which means my focus is on the mind/body connection. I work in the areas of wellness and chronic illness. Hypnosis assists an individual in speaking with his/her/their subconscious mind to acheive positive change. Some areas focused on in my practice are stress management, relationship issues, and anxiety issues.
