With 20+ years of experience, I help children, teens, adults, and families navigate trauma, stress, neurodiversity, and major life changes. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, strengthen relationships, and build practical skills. My trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach helps families increase understanding, reduce conflict, and reconnect.
I specialize in trauma, neurodiversity, and supporting individuals and families in their healing journeys. I’m trained in TBRI, certified in TF-CBT, and experienced in foster care and adoption. I work with clients from early childhood (age 4) through adulthood, using play, art, and talk therapy in individual and family sessions.
