I specialize in trauma, disordered eating, and identity exploration, and draw from my past work with queer and immigrant communities. My integrative approach includes parts work, somatics, and ACT. We may be a good fit if you want to shift your relationship with yourself while deepening your understanding of your patterns, values, and neurotype.
I'll meet you with gentleness, patience, and a sense of humor (and challenge you to extend the same to yourself) while providing structure and accountability as needed. I enjoy working with clients at all stages of healing. Together, we'll hold space for and tend to the hard things in life while celebrating your authenticity and progress.
