High-Functioning Anxiety for Professionals
You're the person others rely on. You answer immediately, prepare for every conversation twice, and still lie awake reviewing what you said. From the outside it reads as competence. Inside, it never stops. This group is for adults whose anxiety hides inside their work ethic. Over ten weeks we look at the pattern underneath the worries — not the individual problems, but the machinery that keeps generating them. You'll practice new responses with people who recognize the pattern immediately, because they live in it too. Small group, eight members maximum. Screening call required before joining. Telehealth

Gay Men's Attachment & Relationships Group
Maybe the relationships end the same way. Maybe you pull back when someone gets close, or hold on tighter than you want to. Maybe you're partnered and still lonely. This group is for gay and queer men who want to understand the pattern rather than keep repeating it. We work from an attachment lens — how you learned to connect, what you learned to expect, and what happens when someone offers something different. You'll do this alongside men who know the terrain. Six to eight members, ongoing. Screening call required. In-person.

Queer Men's Harm Reduction Group
You don't have to be ready to quit. You don't have to call it a problem. This group is for queer and trans men who want to look honestly at their substance use without being told what the goal should be. Harm reduction means you set the terms using less, using more safely, using differently, or stopping. All of it is welcome. We meet without judgment, without drug testing, and without a requirement of abstinence. What we ask is honesty. Six to eight members. Screening call required. Sliding scale available. In-person.
