Tired of trying to find a therapist that actually gets you? Are you LGBTQ+? Do you feel crippling anxiety? I work with individuals and couples, especially LGBTQ+ clients, who want to reduce anxiety, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded. My clients are thoughtful, insightful people who value a calm, supportive space for meaningful change. In sessions, we explore patterns and practice practical skills you can use right away. I’m fully online in MA and CA. I offer mostly private pay, with limited BCBS of MA and Aetna openings. Free 15-minute consults available. Just ask :)

Drawing on my background in HIV medical social work and LGBTQ+ mental health, I help adults and couples reduce anxiety, navigate identity questions, and improve relationships. Our work focuses on insight, practical tools, and building confidence and connection that lasts beyond sessions.
