Hello, my name is Beth Ringel and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice or LISW-CP in South Carolina. I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Social Work or MSW from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. I have over 30 years of experience successfully providing counseling to a wide variety of ages with many different issues, needs, and goals. I am proficient in the use of several therapeutic techniques but tailor it to the situation. I am an unbiased listener partnering with you to accomplish your goals and to solve the problems you bring into our therapeutic alliance.

I have gained much skill and experience over the years with particular emphasis on abuse, PTSD, autism, depression, bipolar, panic, & anxiety. I also have specialties in relationship issues, family conflicts, LGBT, grief, eating & body image disorders, self-esteem, personality disorders, OCD, chronic pain, communication problems, & coping with life changes.
I understand that dealing with mental health disorders, personal issues, learning coping skills, & handling life changes due to the pandemic are some of the problems that are facing us today. I can help you process and cope with all of these issues if you want to work with me to achieve your goals. Please contact me and we can begin our work together.
