It is hard to watch your child struggle, especially while navigating the ups and downs of adolescence. I have seen how anxiety, depression, social anxiety, trauma, and other challenges can weigh heavily on adolescents, leaving them feeling disconnected and unsure of themselves. The best part of my work is witnessing teens rediscover their strengths and see the light even in difficult times. I believe everyone deserves a warm and supportive space to be heard and truly understood.
