Somewhere along the way, you started putting yourself last. You may be longing for balance, relief, and a way to feel like yourself again. Maybe you are navigating infertility and each cycle feels like another quiet heartbreak. Or you are newly postpartum and wondering if you are enough. We will untangle anxious thoughts, quiet inner pressures to be perfect, and process the grief and identity shifts that come in adult/parenthood. Reaching out is your first step in reclaiming you!

I am passionate about supporting women during infertility, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, and peri/menopause. I have a special interest in eating disorders, OCD, and Trauma. I am experienced with relationship/marital concerns and ADHD. I have completed my Perinatal Maternal Mental Health Certificate and Accelerated Resolution Therapy certification.

I consider myself a warm, flexible, dedicated, and open-minded clinician. I look forward to collaborating, transforming struggles into growth, supporting you as you make necessary changes for leading a more purposeful life, and helping you recognize your own true potential throughout the therapeutic process. Supportive, educational and creative activities will be used to explore the connections between food, body and self.whether anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating disorder. Relapse prevention skills as well as a safe environment will be provided to help you in your recovery and overall healing process. * Due to COVID, groups are postponed.
