With couples I use research-based Emotionally Focused Therapy which helps 90% of couples significantly improve their relationship by reconnecting. With Families, I use Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, a research-based therapy with a high success rate. With individuals, I use Brainspotting and Developmental Trauma Resolution therapy to improve wellbeing.
I have been helping couples, individuals, and families with relationship-related issues for the last 26 years as a Relationship Coach and now for 5 years as a therapist.
