I offer individual, couples and family counseling. Clients often come to me to work on managing depression and anxiety. We explore family of origin issues, particularly growing up with emotionally immature parents. Many of my clients are cycle breakers, working on becoming better people, partners, parents. Hard work and this is where my passion lies.
In the therapeutic process I combine a warm and empathetic approach with providing direct and consistent feedback. I think that is the necessary balance to help you discover your strengths and develop a more compassionate attitude towards yourself.
