About
I believe we all carry within us everything we need to heal. There are also times in our lives when we need extra support to access inner resources, healing and growth. As your therapist, we will explore together ways that old habits, patterns and history limit the life you want to be living. Whether you are stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, facing big life transitions, worried about your teen, or longing for more meaning and connection in your relationships, you are not alone in your struggle. It is a courageous act to get support and I honor your unique life journey.
I provide integrative psychotherapy which means that I attend to your mind, body, heart and spirit in our work together. I am especially skillful at working with struggling teens and their families, young adults, LGBTQI communities, pregnant and parenting couples, and individuals looking to build their health and wellness.
My style as a therapist is warm, engaged and effective. I have a particular interest in helping my clients cultivate self-compassion while working with emotional pain. I often find that through this process, pain can be transformed into resiliency.
