I received an undergraduate dual degree in Forensic Science and Psychology. I continued my education for a graduate degree in Counseling. I have provided individual, group and family counseling services to children, adolescents and adults. I believe in holding space to feel safe, welcome and offer grace we sometimes cannot give ourselves.
I most often work with anxiety, depression and trauma in adults. I also work with disruptive disorders and impulse-control in teenagers. I specialize in Problematic Sexual Behavior between the ages 9 to 12 years old. Working with teenagers have been a privilege, in one of the most difficult phases of a person's life.
