I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker! I have worked with many different populations over the years including children, teens, young adults, and families to support them through whatever life has thrown their way. I am trained in many different trauma modalities including EMDR, Progressive Counting and Flash, as well as other modalities including CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing.
As an intensively trained trauma therapist, I work with children, teens, families, and adults. I specialize in helping clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and build tools for navigating everyday stressors. My approach is rooted in curiosity and compassion.
