Offering a discount for student clients at this time! I also have spaces open for teen clients and clients interested in EMDR. My goal is to make my office a safe space for individuals to heal, explore, and grow through collaboration. We all encounter daily life in different ways and as a therapist my job is to see your world and understand it the best I can. I hope to meet you where you are and move forward with you on your journey of healing and exploration. Everyone deserves to be heard while working through the challenges that life throws at them.
I graduated from Missouri State University with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a non-directive style of therapy and enjoy the back and forth dance that I have come to know as the therapeutic relationship. Through my work at Beyond Healing Center I am trained in SIP (Somatic Integration and Processing) and EMDR.
Other than SIP, I have interests in Existential therapy, Person Centered therapy, and am looking to work with Psychedelics as the current research and legislation continues to move forward. When thinking about my role as a therapist I believe Ram Dass said it best, “When it’s all said and done, we’re just walking each other home.”
