We continue to face unprecedented times in a very difficult world. I'm a firm believer that everyone, (yes...everyone!) could benefit from working with a therapist. With more than a decade of mental health work under my belt, I specialize in men's mental wellness, trauma/PTSD and anxiety - as well as athletic/performance counseling. My approach is a very collaborative one, where I support my clients by helping them build a wellness toolkit that they can rely in sessions, as well as out in the real world. No issue is too small, nor too big to work on with a therapist. My job is to help you become your true, authentic self.
I like to practice holistic, person-focused and solution oriented therapy. What does that mean in layman's terms? I'm in the business of helping people no matter what they're going through. I believe in putting my clients in the driver seat and providing simple achievable skills that anyone can add to their routine.
For the time being, I'm only able to offer Telehealth sessions. I'm really looking forward to meeting with you, and working together as a team to help you be the best version of yourself. Feel free to bring your pets!
