I became a therapist because I believe people can do hard things, especially with the right support alongside them. I work with children, teens, and young adults who deserve for someone to meet them where they are at, and empower them to make positive change. I also believe therapy for children and teens is best done with the whole child and whole family in mind, and can provide family sessions as needed.
My specialty is working with people ages 9-20 using varying methods of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, executive function coaching, and therapy involving play. I can teach skills to navigate through life stressors such as peer/family relationships, school issues, anxiety, depression or behavioral concerns.
I welcome and celebrate all identities and appreciate the individuality of experiences. I work with a person-centered lens and use informed trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming practices in sessions. It is my honor to accompany you and/or your child through life's many challenges.
