I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who works primarily with adolescents navigating a wide range of challenges. I support teens experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, family conflict, substance use, involvement in the juvenile justice system, and identity-related stressors, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. I am especially passionate about helping teens feel less alone in their struggles while supporting families in navigating challenges together. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and begin building a future rooted in self-awareness, resilience, and hope.
I take a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, informed by an existential lens that emphasizes meaning-making, personal values, and choice. As a clinician, I walk alongside teens as they explore and make sense of their experiences, examine how past events shape their present, and reconnect with a sense of agency in their lives.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion and curiosity. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on safety, trust, and understanding. I strive to create a space where teens feel heard, respected, and accepted—exactly as they are.
