Anxiety feels can feel all-encompassing and overwhelming. It’s like wearing blinders that constrict your ability to focus on the things that you value and want to be doing with your time. It can come in so many different forms: repetitive thoughts that etch their way into your gray matter. Agonizing over social interactions in minute detail or feeling the need to censor yourself in all your relationships. Feeling plagued by memories of past events eliciting feelings of shame and terror. Feeling overwhelmed by an unsustainable pace in your work. You want to find a better way of existing but you feel trapped in your mind instead.

I find it deeply rewarding to help people suffering from longstanding anxiety. I offer the fruits of my nerdy passions for attachment research, interpersonal dynamics and personal growth.
