As a relational therapist, I believe you are not the problem, rather the problem is how you’ve become bound by your life and relationship experiences. I provide an authentic, nonjudgmental space to explore how ingrained patterns have influenced your life and how you can move forward to live the life you want. I am a radical, no-bs abolitionist queer Jew. I welcome people with all identities, religions and politics. I specialize in working with people who have caused harm, couples, court-involved families, and teenagers.
I take a direct, honest approach using Narrative, Strategic and Gottman therapy models to help you make change in the areas that brought you to therapy. If you are looking to be encouraged and challenged to see improvement in your relationships, family and/or teenager, I’m the therapist for you!
You are not a problem. There is nothing “wrong” with you. We all face challenges that affect our emotions, relationships and the ways we function day-to-day. Therapy can help you understand and navigate those challenges in a way that feels empowering and positive for your goals.
