Maybe it's hard to get out of bed in the morning. Maybe you feel trapped by your own thoughts. Maybe you and your partner are stuck in a constant loop of conflict. I believe that people can move through these and other problems easier when they are met with empathy, hope, and connection. Therapy is not "one-size-fits-all." That's why I collaborate with clients to find solutions that work best for them.

I can help individuals, couples, and families work through an array of circumstances such as LGBTQIA+ related issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, major life transitions and so on. I collaborate with clients to co-create or "re-author" a new story of wholeness and joy.

I want to hear and celebrate your story. My priority is making sure this process is as smooth for you as it can be by acting as a guide and advocate throughout treatment.
