As a mom navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood, I found purpose in walking alongside other moms on their pregnancy + postpartum journeys. I know firsthand how overwhelming + isolating this season can feel, because I’ve been there too.
While postpartum, in the thick of sleeplessness + emotional exhaustion, I had a realization: If I can support moms in caring for their mental health + emotional well-being, so they don’t have to feel like I do right now, I will help their kids thrive too. That moment sparked a deep calling in me; being specialized to throughly support what I lovingly call “Mama Trauma.”
Let’s be real, being a mom is hard. Being a mom who’s trying to raise emotionally healthy, resilient little humans while struggling to feel grounded herself? That can feel impossible. I’m here to remind you: healing starts with you. And I’ll be here to help you find your “better than best,” so you can show up for yourself and for your family with intention.
